Egg sitting

Last week we were egg sitting for Keeping Ourselves Safe. My egg survived. It was kinda hard because you couldn't leave your egg by its self, I had a lot of things on so you had to give it to someone else too babysit. I loved my egg!

All about samoa

Last week I did this activity sheet about Samoa i really enjoined doing this i learnt a lot more about this country  there were word find and lots more and at the end we even got to decorate it and make it look pretty.

Our Peter Gossage artwork (the real copy)

Last week we have been working on a peace of  artwork  it was a bit hard to colour it in with the pastels but i managed, after that we coloured in the background, we used dye, i used the colour green here is what my art looked like....

This is my artwork about the story, the giant of Lake Wakatipu. I loved doing this but my favourite part was to do Manata. She is the girl Maui was trying to save. Drawing her was a challenge because you had to draw her legs you had to draw her running. Here what my art turned out like...  (I still have to finish colouring in the background)

Filter experiment.

Today we did a water filter experiment for science. Faith (my best friend) and I worked together in partners. First, we got our containers then we got our ingredients to use in our filter,  Faith and I chose cotton balls and tissue paper. The water came out pretty clear but we still didn't win the competition. I think we should have added some bark for the oil to grip onto the water so it wasn't so oily.

Italy (my country I researched)

this week we all got to choose a country to search I chose Italy, I chose Italy because it is a beautiful country with marvellous lakes and amazing building. we had to research about the leader the language they speak and much more my favourite part was when you get to colour in the flag here is what my one looks like. I hope you like it :)

My holy tetrahedron

This week we did a pyramid that's called a tetrahedron it looks a bit like a pyramid. I really enjoyed making it with my friends this what mine looks like.......

Lenten promise
